Juan Wild was a member of El Indio's gang. He has a large humpback and is first seen when Douglas Mortimer lights a match on his humpback in the saloon in El Paso. Wild becomes angry at this but is held back by Niño. Later, after the El Paso robbery, Wild sees Mortimer in the tavern in Agua Caliente. He challenges Mortimer to a duel and orders Cuccillo to count to three. Unfortunately, Mortimer is a faster draw and shoots Wild dead in the tavern.
