Piripero is a coffin maker in San Miguel. He is told by Joe to make three coffins, later four, when Joe kills some of Baxter's gunmen.
Later, after Joe has freed Marisol and escaped the Rojos, Piripero helps him escape town and get back to health. When Joe returns to the town, Piripero helps Silvanito after he is freed.
