Sad Hill Cemetery is a Civil War cemetery in New Mexico. It is the location for the final scenes of The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. The cemetery during the events of The Good, The Bad And The Ugly contains the graves of confederate civil war solders as well as two hundred thousand dollars worth of gold buried by the Confederate Army and Bill Carson in an attempt to hide it from the Union Army.

The center of the cemetery contains a large clearing paved with stones where the final three-way duel between Angel Eyes, Tuco Ramirez, and The Man With No Name takes place.
